2. Device Limit:

Each person may borrow only one tablet.

3. Borrowing Period:

The borrowing period is until the Friday of the 18th week of the semester (June 26, 2026).

4. Review Mechanism:

Applications will be reviewed by library staff (priority given to economically disadvantaged students). The library is not responsible for storing or deleting data. Borrowers are responsible for proper use and safekeeping of the device. In case of loss, intentional damage, or accidental damage, the borrower must compensate in cash at the purchase price.

6. Late Return Fine:

A fine of NT$100 per day will be imposed for each day overdue. If the tablet is not returned within 30 days (library open days) past the due date, it will be considered lost, and the borrower must compensate according to the full price.

7. Legal Responsibility:

Borrowers must comply with intellectual property rights and relevant laws when using the tablet. If the borrower intentionally or negligently violates any laws, they shall bear full legal responsibility.

Tablet distribution is scheduled to begin on February 23. Please pay close attention to email notifications and collect the device at the Library within the designated time period. Applicants who fail to collect the tablet by the specified deadline will be placed back on the waiting list.
