Provides access to Office products and various cloud services for faculty, staff, and current students.
Usage Regulations
- Eligible Users: Faculty, staff, and current students of I-Shou University.
- Installation Scope: Up to 5 devices per user (including PC/Mac, tablets, and smartphones).
- Included Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook (offline installation & online services).
Upon graduation, the account will be retained for cloud email and online services, but offline installation of Office software is not available.

The university provides "Upgrade" licenses only. New computers must come with a valid OEM or Retail license to be eligible for the enterprise upgrade.
Software is for on-campus educational/business use only. unauthorized copying or installation on personal student computers is prohibited.

Microsoft 365 ProPlus FAQ
- Full Version Features: Microsoft 365 ProPlus is a full version of Office, including Access, Excel, InfoPath, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word. Its functionality is identical to standard Office versions.
- System Requirements: Same as other Office versions.
- Version Options: Available in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions for download and installation.
Whether you are using Windows or Mac, as long as you are a current student or faculty/staff member, please log in to the "Cloud Web Email Service".
Once logged in, you can download and install it directly from the O365 page to your local computer. It is not restricted by the campus network and requires no additional authentication.
Microsoft 365 ProPlus runs locally, so a continuous connection is not required. However, users must connect to the internet at least once every 30 days for the system to verify the subscription status.
Yes! According to the license, you can install Office Apps on PC, Mac, Windows tablets, iPad®, Android™ tablets, and most mobile phones, allowing you to edit documents anytime, anywhere.
No upgrade fee is required. During the contract period, Microsoft will regularly push new features and version updates to users.
Files created in O365 are highly compatible with other Office versions. Even .doc files created in the older Office 2003 can be opened smoothly in O365.
Important Notice: The Windows Pro Upgrade provided by the university is an "Upgrade License" only.
It does not provide a full license (only OEM and Retail FPP versions are full licenses). Therefore, newly purchased computers must have a valid original Windows license before using the university-provided upgrade service.
Since the contract renewal in 2017, the current student license does not provide Windows Pro Upgrade rights. Graduates cannot take the final version of the operating system with them.
Character Creation & Input Method FAQ
Step 1 Open File Explorer and go to the C:\Windows or C:\WinNT folder.
Step 2 Enter the FONTS folder.
Step 3 Locate the file EUDC.TTE, right-click it, select "Rename", and change it to any other name (e.g., AAA.TTE).
Step 4 Close the window and restart the "TrueType Character Creation Program".
Step 1 Check the version of the New Zhuyin Input Method.
Step 2 If the version is Microsoft Office 2003 or earlier, it is recommended to upgrade to a version later than 2003.

Please download the " New Zhuyin Update Pack" (zip file).
Unzip the file and run setup.exe to perform the update.
Step 1 Change the startup type to "Manual". (Refer to the manual)
Step 2 When you need to update the characters on the server in the future, simply run the Character Creation System manually.
